At the Gamescom 2013 in Cologne, Germany (25. August 2013) |

This August I went to the Gamescom in Cologne for the first time! There, I met with BSC, Prodatron and Kangaroo. Prodatron had his Knight Rider KITT car on display and Kangaroo presented his Pacman board game called "Whacky Wit". Besides the Retro-Computing area, I found the Gamescom rather disappointing. Even though the Playstation 4 and the XboxOne are about to be released, there was very little to see of these new systems. Only if you stood in line for hours to have a sneak peek at one of the games on the new systems, you got to see the new systems at all - but BSC and I didn't really want to stand in a line with 200 fourteen year old kids, just to play 5 Minutes of the new Need for Speed game.
